HISTORY
Caffitaly System S.p.A. was founded in 2004 in Gaggio Montano (BO) and immediately established itself in the production and marketing of coffee capsules, successfully entering the single serve market.
The Caffitaly System is born, the first patents are registered and the first machines are produced with the new system.
Caffitaly kicks off the Caffitaly Shop retail project.
After only 10 years of activity, Caffitaly has 280 employees and is distributed in over 70 countries around the world.
Caffitaly opens the new factory in Capriate.
Production of compatible capsules begins.
Caffitaly starts a joint venture with Tres Coracoes in Brazil, opens a new plant and begins the production of capsules for the Tres brand, leader in the Brazilian market.
A whole new series of professional machines is designed and produced.
1.30 billion capsules produced.
A new, efficient and economical entry level machine wins the “Best European Product Design Award” and sells more than 200,000,000 units in the first period.
The first Smart machines with capsule recognition are designed and built.
Production of Dolce Gusto compatible capsules begins.

We keep on growing in technology and business and today we are in 70 countries around the world with our System.
